$WARR
One billion, minted once, no minter and no owner.
What it opens
Registration and tiers.
20,000 to register a node. 25,000 for the first service tier.
What it cannot buy
Control.
No vote, no rank, no larger share. The reputation contract has no token address, no payable function and no way to read a balance — check its imports rather than this sentence.
If a large holder could buy standing, the network’s verdict would be for sale — and a verdict for sale is worthless as a check on the chain operator. That is the whole reason for the separation.
Where revenue goes
Paid RPC, alerts, white-label badges, feed relay. Split on chain, behind a timelock.
| 40% | Active node operators | Linear in reputation: an operator’s points over the sum of all active operators’ points. |
| 20% | Buy back and burn $WARR | The contract swaps ETH and USDG on Uniswap; the tokens go to the zero address. |
| 25% | Citizen Challenger Fund | A pocket inside the Bond Vault, spendable only in response mode by a vote of Verderer-rank operators. |
| 15% | Infrastructure fund | Audits, genesis-node hardware, development. |
The operator share is divided in epochs. Reputation freezes when an epoch closes, so the denominator cannot move under somebody who has not claimed yet, and later work cannot dilute an epoch already earned.
Supply
| 40% | Liquidity | Market depth from launch. |
| 25% | Staking and Bond Vault | Distributed from a pre-minted allocation. Not inflation. |
| 15% | Infrastructure | Audits, genesis hardware, development. |
| 15% | Team | 6-month cliff, 24-month vest. |
| 5% | Ecosystem | Integrations and tooling. |
No mint, no owner, no pause, no upgrade path. Staking rewards come out of that pre-minted 25% — conflating a distribution with inflation is the usual way a “fixed supply” claim turns out to be false.
Two ways to hold it
| active — run a node | passive — just stake | |

not launched
$WARR is not deployed. Everything above describes the token as written and tested; when the contract exists its address appears here and in the footer, and none of these numbers change.
